  Pros: This notebook crashed in the first 2 days of owning it. It was just a minor glitch. I did a full microsoft update and since then no issues. Has been rock solid and performing as expected. I work on computers as a hobbie and would highly recomend this Toshiba. www.kisscs.com
  

  Cons: Hate the glossy finish. Looks dirty all the time as fingerprints stick to it.

  Pros: Nice looking design, firm and strong. Keyboard and mouse pad feels great, was very surprised since it's a 13" only laptop. Battery life is quite impressive, I get over 3 hours and the standard 6-cell. The screen quality and picture is what stood out the most for me, even at the lowest brightness the quality remains.
  

  Cons: The keyboard although it feels nice has minimal flex on the lower right (it's really no big deal), the nice glossy finish is a finger print magnet, but the biggest con that will bug me in the future, is that it doesn't have an s-video out port. I've had many laptops prior like DELL/HP and by far this one is the best I've ever had.
