Zebra Technologies Release Wireless Mobile Printer

Zebra Technologies released the new QLn420 wireless mobile printer targeted at manufacturing, retail, and transportation and logistics companies looking to print on the move.

The QLn420 can print different sized labels up to 4 inches wide to accommodate a variety of applications and offers Zebra’s new Link-OS operation system that allows businesses to link up the printer with their PC, smartphone and tablet based applications.

Possible applications include:

  • Manufacturing: labels for shipping and receiving, pick-pack-apply (inventory control, work-in-process, parts tracking), asset management, pick tickets
  • Transportation and Logistics: labels for shipping, receiving, cross-docking, pick-pack-apply, shipping dock receipts
  • Retail: labels for shipping, receiving and more at distribution centers, in-store shelf labels, markdowns
