Xerox unveiled three new monochrome additions to its desktop printer portfolio with the introduction of the Phaser 3320 Printer, WorkCentre 3315 and WorkCentre 3325 Multifunction Printers this morning.

The new additions are targeted at small offices looking for high end business features – automatic duplexing, standard wireless connectivity and print speeds up to 37 ppm – at a low cost with the new printers running from $399 to $599.

The Phaser 3320 is the single function option of the trio and offers print speeds up to 37 ppm, a print resolution up to 600 x 600 dpi, a monthly duty cycle up to 80,000 pages, a standard paper capacity of 300 sheets, automatic duplexing, 600 MHz processor with 128 MB of memory standard and variety of connectivity options including Wi-Fi.

Upgrades include a second 520-sheet paper tray and additional 256 MB of memory.

The WorkCentre 3325 is the multifunction version of the Phaser 3320 so it offers the same basic features: print speeds up to 37 ppm, a print resolution up to 600 x 600 dpi, a monthly duty cycle up to 80,000 pages, a standard paper capacity of 300 sheets, automatic duplexing, 600 MHz processor with and variety of connectivity options including Wi-Fi.

But it also offers scan, copy and fax functionality, a 50-sheet duplex automatic document feeder, 256 MB of memory standard, a 2 GB drive standard and additional security options.

Like the idea of a MFP but don’t need all the speed? The WorkCentre 3315 is a step down with print speeds up to 33 ppm, a 360 MHz processor and 128 MB memory standard and a monthly duty cycle up to 50,000 pages.

But you’ll still get print, scan, copy and fax functionality as well as a 50-sheet automatic document feeder, 300 sheet paper capacity (50-sheet bypass tray and 250-sheet drawer), and multiple connectivity options including Wi-Fi.

The Xerox Phaser 3320, WorkCentre 3315 and WorkCentre 3325 are available now through Xerox and authorized resellers for the suggested retail price of $399, $449 and $599, respectively.
