Featuring a 17-inch diagonal widescreen TruBrite display in a 7.1-pound, 1.41-inch slim notebook, the Satellite P105-S9722 gaming notebook incorporates the latest Intel Centrino Duo mobile platform as well as the NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GS card with 256MB of graphics memory, delivering astonishing graphics for the hottest 3D games and multimedia programs.  Now with an Onyx Blue Metallic high-gloss lid as well as a high-gloss palm rest inside, the Satellite P105-S9722 notebook is currently available from select consumer electronics and computer retailers nationwide.  Configured with a Core 2 Duo the P105-S9722 starts at $1,999.

Satellite A105 Series

The Satellite A105 is a 15.4″ screen mainstream notebook that is widely available in retail stores around the world.  It’s actually the most popular notebook on this site, mainly due to its wide availability and excellent price point.  With the Core 2 Duo configuration in the Satellite A105-S344 the price starts at $1,3499.

Designed to provide consumers with practical standard features as well as a variety of other configuration options to fit any budget or digital lifestyle, the Satellite A105 series notebooks start at six pounds and come standard with a 15.4-inch diagonal widescreen display with TruBrite technology,  DVD SuperMulti drive that reads and writes in up to 11 formats, as well as DDR2 533 MHz SDRAM memory for better performance of multimedia files.  The Satellite A105-S4344 incorporates the latest Intel Centrino Duo mobile platform with the Intel Core 2 Duo Processor.

Satellite R25-S3513

Incorporating the latest Intel Centrino Duo mobile platform with the Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, the Satellite R25-S3513 convertible notebook allows users to work with a traditional keyboard or rotate and fold the screen down for use as a Tablet PC with digital pen-based input and control.  A digitizer pen is included to handwrite notes, draw, edit copy or write e-mail or input data while standing, sitting or reclining.   The system can convert handwriting to text or just record your own handwriting.  The 14.1-inch Tablet PC display roughly simulates the writing area of a standard 8.5- by 11-inch sheet of paper to provide optimal room for note-taking and drawing.  Configured with a Core 2 Duo the R25-S3513 starts at $1,295.10.

New Toshiba Satellite M115 Series

Toshiba has also upgraded its Satellite M115 series of notebooks with additional hard drive and memory (but not with the Intel Core 2 Duo Processor at this time).  Starting at just over five pounds, the Satellite M115 line-up features a 14.1-inch WXGA diagonal display with TruBrite technology.  The notebooks also feature high-capacity 5400 rpm serial-ATA (SATA) hard disk drives for faster access to stored files, DDR2 533 MHz SDRAM memory for better performance of productivity applications, music, picture and video multimedia files.
