Stratasys unveiled the new Objet30 OrthoDesk 3D Printer, a desktop 3D printer designed for small orthodontic labs and clinics, at the International Dental Show in Germany.

The Objet30 OrthoDesk 3D Printer helps smaller labs and clinics digitize their workflow and increase production and production times by getting rid of physical impressions (I can hear the kids cheering from their dental chairs) by scanning patients mouths and then sending the digital images to the printer.

Using the PolyJet 3D Printing Technology, the Objet30 OrthoDesk can print up to 20 models during every run.  Each device comes with specialized dental printing materials and a tray size of 11.81 x 7.81 x 3.94 inches.
