Ricoh Americas Corporation announced the Ricoh Pro C651EX, Pro C751EX and Pro C751, a new series of color production systems designed for in-plant print centers, franchise and commercial printers looking for a single digital solution to meet their printing needs.

While all three systems are capable of high-volume color output at a maximum print resolution up to 1200 x 4800 dpi, the C751/C751EX offer print speeds up to 75 ppm while the C651EX offers output speeds up to 65 ppm.

Ricoh will feature TCRU kits with the new digital imaging systems, allowing customers to replace their own service components in a pinch, without waiting for a technician to arrive on site during business hours. The series also features a new liquid cooled developer system that keeps the operating temperature steady during periods of extended use.

Media handling options can range from cards, menus, booklets, brochures, manuals and direct mail with front to back registration of +/- 0.5mm sheet to sheet, duplex printing and in-line finishing systems.

The new digital imaging systems use a server-based EFI Fiery E-41A Print Controller running System 9 R2.

The Ricoh Pro C751, Pro C651EX and Pro C751EX will be available worldwide in late summer 2011. For pricing information, contact an authorized dealer.
