MSI has announced it is now shipping Nvidia’s fastest graphics card in its GT70 gaming notebook and introduced two more value-oriented gaming notebooks.
The GTX 675M is essentially a rebranded GTX 580M; it’s the second-fastest mobile graphics card available next to the AMD Radeon HD 7970M (see our news article here).
The MSI GT70 gaming notebook features a 17.3-inch full HD display (1920×1080 resolution), third-generation Intel Core i7 processors, up to two storage drives with available RAID configurations, and Killer Network wireless cards. It has a backlit keyboard designed by gaming accessory maker SteelSeries and Dynaudio speakers.
MSI also announced two more value-oriented gaming notebooks, the 15.6-inch GE60 and 17.3-inch GE70; they both offer Nvidia GT 650M graphics cards. The GT 650M isn’t nearly as powerful as the GTX 675M but still capable of playing the latest games.
The MSI GT70 starts at $1,549.99, the GE70 $1,299.99, and the GE60 $1,199.99.
