NextGen CollectionsSM, LLC, a reverse logistics company, announced that it is expanding its recycling program to include inkjet cartridges.
Headquartered in Rochester, New York, the company’s mission is to keep empty cartridges out of landfills through collection programs. To date, NextGen Collections focused primarily on the collection of laser cartridges.
To take advantage of the expanded free service, the shipment for the recycling of inkjet cartridges must contain at least four laser cartridges to qualify for the program, according to the company. The program is available to individuals and businesses.
There are two return cartridge program options: users can request a prepaid shipping label for the return of four or more cartridges; or, users can schedule a pallet pickup for the return of 100 or more cartridges. Users opting for the prepaid shipping label can drop off their return at local Post Office.
