Today HP announced what they have deemed a simple PC with a sleek design – a new business-oriented and energy-efficient all-in-one, the Omni Pro 110. This AIO has a 20-inch HD anti-glare monitor and the choice of an Intel Core 2 Duo or Intel Pentium processor with the G41 chipset. While businesses often stress consistency over performance, the use of such older hardware in this market is noticeable.
The Omni Pro 110 comes with 250GB – 1TB of hard drive space, and from 2 – 4GB of DDR3 SDRAM.
The Omni Pro 110 features built-in 2.0 speakers and 2.0 audio capabilities, a super Multi-DVD burner with LightScribe, an integrated webcam and microphone, two USB 2.0 ports, and a 6-in-1 media card reader.
The AIO is Energy Star certified and can include the optional HP Power Assistant software to help cut back its energy output further. HP claims it is also easily upgradeable and that it’s designed so one can simply swap anything out with only a few tools handy.
It will be sold at a starting price of about $640.
