While we’ve had solar-powered calculators for decades now, the keyboard has needed just a little bit more power. Until now. Logitech’s Wireless Solar Keyboard K750 relies on two large (relative to the size of the keyboard) solar panels to provide all of the energy the keyboard needs – even in typical indoor light.
It takes the rest of its stylings from the Logitech K800 wireless keyboard model. Which means, happily, that it should offer the same great build quality and typing experience.
For the moment, however, it also means that if you want to eschew charging entirely, it’ll take some money. $79.99, to be exact. The only downside is that Logitech won’t be introducing a solar mouse anytime soon. Unless, that is, they find a way to make our hands see-through.
