Konica Minolta wins Buyer Laboratory awards

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., started off the New Year by winning five awards from Buyers Laboratory Inc., for its bizhub color and monochrome multi-function products (MFPs).

The imaging industry consulting firm named Konica Minolta 2011 “Line of the Year” award winner in the A3/Ledger MFP segment for the company’s line of bizhub color and monochrome MFP products.

The “Line of the Year” is awarded annually to the OEM whose product line is determined to be best overall in its category.
Four of the manufacturer’s bizhub devices won BLI’s Pick Awards, given twice a year, for special recognition to the hardware and software products that provided outstanding performance.

The bizhub 423 Pick award recognized outstanding 41-50ppm A3/Ledger Monochrome MFP; the bizhub 363 Pick award recognized outstanding 31040ppm A3Ledger Monochrome MFP; and, the Pick award went to both the bizhub 283 and bizhub 223 for outstanding 21-30ppm A3/Ledger Monochrome MFP.

Konica Minolta’s bizhub line of color multi-function printers includes a dozen devices that offer cost-effective, high performance, high-value document management solutions for offices of any size. The color MFPs deliver a broad range of print, copy, scan and fax speeds with advanced finishing options.

Another dozen devices make up the bizhub black and white multi-function line of products that are designed for small-to-mid-sized business department and workgroups. The bizhub black and white MFPs range in speed from 16 ppm to 75 ppm.
