Konica Minolta introduces magicolor 4750 Series

Deemed the smallest A4 color printers in their class, the newly introduced magicolor 4750 series of color printers from Konica Minolta Business Solutions Inc, are now available for purchase.

The magicolor 4750 series includes the magicolor 4750EN and the magicolor 4750DN, which adds a duplexing feature. Measuring in at 16.5″ x 13″ (W x H) and weighing less than 60lbs, the small color printers are driven by the Emperon Print System with an 800 MHz processor and 256 MB RAM. Each unit prints both color and black and white at 31 pages per minute (ppm) delivering a first page in 12.9 seconds. The magicolor printers print in high definition color with 600 x 600 DPI resolution.

Designed for office workgroups looking for a high performance printer, the magicolor 4750 Series has a maximum monthly volume of 120,000 pages; max paper capacity is 850 sheets.The new magicolor series use Simitri & HD toner with Biomass, a renewable organic resource that has less environmental impact than traditional toners, according to the vendor.

Konica Minolta offers a range of magicolor printers that include more than a dozen models.

The magicolor 4750 series of color printers is available through Konica Minolta’s North American direct sales, authorized dealer and value-added reseller channels. The manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) for the magicolor 4750EN is $699.99 and the magicolor 4750DN is $839.99.
