IOGEAR Reveals Two New PC-to-TV Products

IOGEAR has revealed two new wireless products at CES to help to bridge PCs and televisions. The IOGEAR Wireless Mobile and WiDi to HDTV will be the first device to enable wireless streaming from either the smartphone or laptop to the TV. While the Wireless 1080p Computer to HD Display Ki will offer new compatibility with Apple laptops and a smaller receiver with a horizontal profile for easier integration into entertainment systems.

Wireless Mobile and WiDi to HDTV

The Wireless Mobile and WiDi to HDTV will be able to stream videos, music, and web content from smartphones, tablets, and laptops to an HDTV from up to 30 feet way. Supporting both Intel Wireless Display (WiDi) and Miracast, the product is compatible with the latest device, including Android and iOS smartphones and tablets. Additionally select online content, such as Vimeo, Facebook, Picasa and YouTube are available to stream to the TV by downloading the free iMediaShare app for smartphones and tablets.

The Wireless Mobile and WiDi to HDTV will be available for $80 online at www.iogear.com and through major distribution channels starting in spring of 2013.

Wireless 1080p Computer to HD Display Kit

The Wireless 1080p Computer to HD Display Kit will be able to stream high definition from a PC or Apple laptop to an HDTV from up to 30 feet way. Building on its predecessor, the fourth generation IOGEAR product offers reliable Apple compatibility and supports Microsoft’s Windows 8. Additionally the new horizontal design makes the device easier to fit into almost any home entertainment space and features a VGA and HDMI outputs for video support.

The Wireless 1080p Computer to HD Display Kit will be available for $150 online at www.iogear.com and through major distribution channels in late February 2013.
