Intel’s Ultra-Mobile Notebook Concept Design

Intel is constantly working on concept designs to showcase their chips and other hardware. These designs often push limits and aren’t intended to reach mass production; but intended to inspire manufacturers and show consumers what’s possible.

Their latest concept is a Centrino-based tablet-style notebook that is designed to be ultra-mobile. In the words of Intel, the design is, “A new, ultra-mobile notebook PC that is small enough to fit in the user’s hands, consumers will be able to easily enjoy digital entertainment away from, in and around the home.” Following are a few images of the concept and potential uses. I especially like the bike picture, exercise is boring, why not hit the bike trail while watching a movie? Sounds nice and safe to me.
