HP Pavilion dv6t, dv7t with Sandy Bridge Now Available

Manufacturers like HP who already released their Intel ‘Sandy Bridge’ notebooks had to pull them after Intel announced a flaw in the chipset. HP has made its new Pavilion dv6t and dv7t Quad Edition notebooks available again.

The dv6t and dv7t Quad Edition come standard with the i7-2630QM quad-core processor, a 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6570 graphics card, 6GB of RAM, and a 750GB 5400RPM hard drive. The dv6t has a 15.6″ 1366 x 768 resolution display while the dv7t has a 17.3″ 1600 x 900 display. The dv6t weighs in at 5.53 lbs; the dv7t is 6.86 lbs.

Both notebooks are available now with an estimated ship date of March 15. The dv6t Quad Edition starts at $999 and the dv7t Quad Edition $1,099.
