Harmon Kardon shows off cut glass speakers at IFA

Harmon Kardon, no stranger to unusual designs when it comes to their computer speaker lines, has come out with a pair of…unique speakers at this year’s IFA.

The clear, cut glass speakers have the clever model number of GLA-55 (get it?).  They’re going to be limited edition models, with Harmon Kardon claiming that they’re only going to product 3000 pairs.  They come with a 3.5mm input jack and have a listed output of 56W.  HK says that they’ll fit into any home or office decor, which is enough to make one wonder what their offices look like.  There’s as yet no word on pricing or availability, other than “soon”, but you can expect that they won’t be cheap.
