Epson America announced the release of two new high-volume business inkjet printers for network printing environments today.
The B-310N and the B-510DN, designed for small to medium businesses that need high-volume color network printing. The new models offer high-yield DURABrite Ultra ink cartridges with a low ink cost per color page, a 650-sheet paper capacity, two-way paper feeding, Energy Star certification, and an one-year limited warranty.
The B-310N uses four individual high-capacity cartridges that Epson estimates can print 3,000 (black) to 3,500 (color) pages before exhaustion with an ink cost as low as six cents per color page. Additional features include: print speeds up to 19 pages per minute (ppm) in black and 18 ppm in color, a monthly duty cycle of 10,000 pages, print resolution up to 5760 x 1440 dpi, and 32 MB of memory standard.
The higher end B-510DN delivers a low color ink cost of four cents per page thanks to Epsons highest yield ink cartridges that print an estimated 8,000 pages in black and 7,000 pages in color. The B-510DN also includes: print speeds up to 19 ppm in black and 18 ppm in color, a monthly duty cycle up to 20,000 pages, automatic duplexing, and 5-line LCD.
The B-310N and B-510DN are now available through authorized online vendors and direct market resellers as well as Epsons retail site, EpsonStore.com for the suggested retail price of $399 and $599, respectively.
