Dual-core atom based desktops available this month?

While it’s been known for some time that Intel would be launching a dual-core version of its current low-power king later this year, the actual release date has been in flux. 

TranquilPC, a UK-based computer manufacturer, has announced that it will be offering dual-core Atom-based home servers, with limited availability slated for September 30th.  The British OEM is apparently calling the cpu the Atom2 Z330.  No price point has yet been set, and TranquilPC says that the systems run about 27W when in use.
