Polaroid is taking the PoGo line one step further.  Polaroid announced at CES 2009 that they will be releasing the PoGo Instant Digital Camera with a built-in printer.

PoGo Instant Digital Camera will be available in the Spring of 2009

The new camera is a follow up of the Polaroid PoGo Instant Mobile Printer, an inkless printer released in July of last year.  The camera, like the stand alone printer before it, uses Zink Zero Ink technology and prints on 2” x 3” Zink paper.

PoGo Instant Mobile Printer was released in July 2008.

The PoGo is small – less than five inches tall and wide – and weighs in at 10 ounces.

The 5 megapixel camera features prints in less than 60 seconds, a 3″ LCD, crop and edit capability and shoots video.

The Polaroid Instant Digital Camera will be available in March and retails for $199.  Ten packs of Zink photo paper – which can be used for both devices – retails for $4.99.  Thirty packs are available for $12.99.

Interested in just the Instant Mobile printer?  It can be purchased now for $79.
