Toshiba Tecra A9 and M9 Intel Santa Rosa Notebooks Announced

Toshiba today is introducing the Tecra A9 and M9 notebooks with Intel Santa Rosa technology. The Tecra A9 15.4" widescreen business notebook that updates the Tecra A8, while the Tecra M9 is a thin-and-light 14.1" screen notebook designed for the business traveller.

Toshiba Qosmio Q45 and Satellite P205 with Intel Santa Rosa Announced

Toshiba is refreshing a couple of its larger sized consumer notebooks with the new Intel Santa Rosa platform. The Qosmio G45 will adopt Intel's Santa Rosa and include an NVIDIA 8600GM graphics card, while the 17.1" screen P205 will offer integrated Intel X3100 graphics.

Toshiba Satellite A205 and Satellite P205 Notebooks Announced

Toshiba today is launching a couple of new consumer notebooks. The Satellite A205 is a Vista loaded 15.4" widescreen notebook that features a built-in web camera, Core 2 Duo processor, LabelFlash optical drive and Intel 802.11n wireless. The Satellite P205 is a larger 17" screen Vista notebook that also offers a web camera, Core 2 Duo, LabelFlash and 802.11n wireless.

In February of 2007 the HP dv6000t, now offered with Windows Vista, continues to hold very steady at #1. The new Toshiba Satellite A135 notebook made a strong showing at #4 during its first month of availability on the market.
