Lenovo (formerly IBM PCs) today announced the new widescreen ThinkPad Z series of notebooks will be available on September 20. The Z series will come in two flavors, the Z60t and Z60m. The Z60t will have a 14-inch WXGA screen while the Z60m will have a 15.4-inch WXGA screen. The Z series is the first widescreen and consumer oriented/small business ThinkPad to be released.
