6.Brother MFC-J430w (new to the list) – The 4-in-1 MFC-J430w falls in the middle of the series so it lacks some of the high-end features we saw on the MFC-J825dw and MFC-J625dw. What it does offer are print, scan, copy and fax functionality as well as print speeds up to 10 ppm in black and 8 ppm in color, a print resolution up to 6000 x 1200 dpi, 1.9-inch LCD, a 100-sheet paper tray, front loading ink cartridges and wireless connectivity.
7. Epson WorkForce 845 (previously #7) – The Epson WorkForce 845 is made for users in the small office and home office market due to its energy efficiency, price and functionality. The WorkForce 845 offers print speeds up to 15 ppm in black, print resolution up to 5760 x 1440 (optimized dpi), two-sided printing, memory card reader and has a paper capacity up to 500 pages.
8. Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4540 (new to the list) – The Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4540 has print, scan, copy and fax capabilities along with single sided print speeds up to 16 ppm in black and 11 ppm in color, double-sided print speeds up to 9.2 ppm in black and 7.1 ppm in color, a 30-sheet duplex ADF, front side USB port and wireless connectivity.
9. HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One (previously #5) – The Officejet 6500A Plus offers fax, print, scan and copy capabilities with built-in wireless, laser quality print speeds up to 10 ppm in black and 7 ppm in color, a print resolution up to 4800 x 1200 optimized dpi, ePrint technology, automatic duplexing, a 35-sheet ADF and a 250-sheet paper cassette.
10. Samsung ML-2955dw (previously #8) – The Samsung ML-2955dw offers a small footprint, print speeds up to 29 ppm, a monthly duty cycle of 12,000 pages, automatic duplexing, one-piece toner cartridge, built-in wireless connectivity with a one-touch setup and MobilePrint app.
