Origin PC Announces Nexus Client: Offering In-Game PC Support

Origin PC announced its new in-game technical support client, the Origin Nexus. Powered by the game portal Xfire, the Origin Nexus client allows users direct contact with Origin PC's support team in or out of gameplay.

While primarily a support client, Origin Nexus also allows users to chat with their friends within the Xfire community, record and live broadcast gameplay footage, browse the internet in-game, and quick launch their favorite PC games.

Origin Nexus is an extension of Origin's existing 24/7 U.S.-based customer service. Users who opt for the service will be able to receive in-game support between normal business hours of 9:30 AM to 5:30 AM EST. The client is an optional install and is currently available to all current Origin PC customers at no cost.
