With the release of Windows 8 only days away, MSI has reloaded its line of gaming laptops with the upcoming operating system.
MSI has opted for the new operating system in attempts to further augment the user experience, Andy Tung vice president of sales for MSI explains:
"Windows has been a staple in the personal computing world and the new version promises to improve performance and re-engage users through a new interface."
The Windows 8 upgrade will apply to upcoming laptops in the G Series, which include the premium GT70 and GT60 units. Both devices will be armed with NVidia Keplar GeForce video cards, Killer E2200 Game Networking, Dynaudio Speakers and Steel Series Gaming Backlit Keyboard. Additionally select GT70 models are currently available for purchase with the Killer Wireless-N 1202 card.
The GE Series and GX60 will also offer Windows 8, as a more affordable option for budget-conscious gamers.
