Features and Specifications:
Build and Design

The developers at Slappa took almost two years to research and design this bag, taking into consideration what features are important to traveling consumers. After surveying more than 200 people, they figured a creative interchangeable design, amble storage space, quality material, a reasonable price, and airport readiness was the way to go.
The bag is made in part of 1680D ballistic nylon, similar to a flak jacket material that was worn by WWII airmen--which means it should provide puncture proof protection. To put this to the test, I tried to jab a knife through the outside of the bag and it didn’t give way or puncture, but the inside of it did--but only a bit. In that respect, many people won't be jabbing sharp objects through the bag intentionally. Keeping this in mind, the tough material of the bag is of a higher standard than most bags on the market.

The carrying handle is made of the same tough ballistic nylon material as the rest of the outside of the bag.
Each interchangeable face panel has its own design, and all of them come with a rectangular hole at the top so the handle is still exposed and can be used without interference. To attach a panel you simply zip it onto the bag; underneath each there are two strips of Velcro. The olive green “Blast” face panel has a stylish, almost animalistic look about it and a small Slappa logo emblem is set in the bottom-right corner. The all-black “Jedi Mind Trix” face panel features an interweaving checkered style and has two Velcro straps with which you can affix a keyboard or similar device to it. The Black “Blast” face panel has the same design as the green panel, and is red underneath. The final “T-Pac Matrix” black face panel features the Slappa logo in the middle and has white stitching integrated into the design.

Opening the face panel flap reveals three large pockets, for quick access to electronics such as laptop adapters, cell phone chargers and the like. Unzipping the first side of the bag reveals the main storage space for larger items, as well as four pencil holders, one large pocket that spans almost the whole bag, and two smaller pockets.
The second side of the bag includes the 17-inch padded laptop compartment and a large second pocket that, again, spans almost the entire bag. Both sides of the bag are maroon red on the inside. There are two smaller pockets on the outer right and left sides of the bag, good for traveling, for quick access to those small needed accessories. The outer backside of the bag features a large padded black Slappa logo.

The only problem I have with this bag so far is the slight flimsy feel of the bag (but since it was made to be lightweight for comfort in travel and usage, this might be expected).
