Defective Nvidia GPU Settlement Reached, Starting Claims

In 2008 Nvidia admitted it had shipped a large number of defective graphics cards, when eventually caused the notebooks using them to fail; replacement costs were estimated to be $150-200 million.
The class-action lawsuit filed last year has finally been approved by a California court. Nvidia is now accepting claims for repairs, replacements, and reimbursements. The website can be found here:
