According to information leaked on their own website, HP will apparently be updating their existing line of laptops: the Pavilion dv2000t, dv6000t and dv9000t to incorporate the new Intel Santa Rosa platform when it's released on May 9th. Some information on the new Compaq 6510b, 6710b, 8510w and 8710w Santa Rosa laptops is also out.

HPdv2000 specs in a product guide off of HP's website indicate the Intel Santa Rosa platform
In some product manuals linked to from the HP website you can see that the specs refer to processors with an 800MHz Front Side Bus (FSB), Intel GM965 chipset and the Intel X3100 integrated graphics option -- all components of Intel's upcoming "Santa Rosa" platform. Interestingly there's a new Core 2 Duo processor listed for the dv2000, the Intel Core Duo T5450 that has a 1.67GHz clock speed and 2MB of L2 cache, meaning it's going to be one of the budget offerings in the "Santa Rosa" platform. It appears that some configurations will also offer 802.11n. Links to the product manuals for these Santa Rosa HP consumer notebooks can be found here:

Compaq Business Santa Rosa Laptops
On the business side of things, the HP Compaq 6710b and Hp Compaq 6510b laptop info has leaked out via an HP Italian website. Notebook Italia first reported this leak. All will use the Intel Santa Rosa platform and be released on May 9th. It appears the 14" screen Compaq 6510b will simply be the same design and model as the already released Compaq 6515b we reviewed, except with an Intel processor platform instead of AMD. On a European HP website the specs for the 6510b are listed as follows:

The HP Compaq 6510b laptop will look the same as the 6515b pictured above
The 6710b laptop will have a 15.4" screen, just like the already announced 6715b AMD based notebook does. We're expecting to see a Compaq 8510w and 8710w workstation laptop from HP as well -- these would be 15.4" and 17" screen Santa Rosa notebooks respectively. Below is a picture of the 8710w 17" widescreen Santa Rosa machine:

8-more days until the release of Santa Rosa, is there any notebook not uncovered yet though?
