The laptop I'm going to review here is the Acer Aspire 5602WLMi. The story goes like this: I was looking for a cheap laptop I could waste my time on to try different Operating Systems and my friend one day told me that he had a laptop he wanted to sell. I asked him how much, and he asked for 260Kuwaiti Dinars, which is around $780. So I went to a notebook dealer and asked about that laptop it turned out to be around $930 brand new from a store. This laptop I speak of is the Acer Aspire 5602WLMi, my friend had only used it for a week and it still had a 3 year warranty remaining, so it was worth the price! Now that I've got the 5602 WLMi I thought I would do a review since I hadn't seen anybody else do one yet.

The Specs for the 5602WLMi are as follows:
I right away loved the look of the laptop. I generally love Acer laptops. The weight was fine at around 3kg (6.6lbs) the build quality is excellent.

I didn't notice any problems with screen brightness, the resolution is1280x1024 and the screen had no dead pixels
Sound quality is perfect and the keyboard is perfect.

As far as performance, I noticed it's a bit slow even though it's an Intel Core Duo T2300! I don't know why this is. I guess the bottleneck of the laptop would be the video card... no more gaming since it has an integrated Intel graphics card.
Regarding the noise, it's a very quiet machine and there are no heat that issues to worry about.
The battery is fine and under mild usage runs for approximately 2 hours 40 min or so. The ports are as follows:
Benchmarks:
Super Pi: 1m 30s

3DMark03: 878 3DMarks

Pros
Cons
I would recommend this notebook to potential buyers, but forget about gaming.
